I am a girl of the 80s. I graduated from High School in 1987 in the Midwest part of the USA. This is relevant because that era and environment shaped me just as it shaped many of you reading this now. 

I was an athlete growing up.  I was competitive in gymnastics and track and field, and in my later teens I was introduced to ballroom dancing. I loved immersing myself in sports and challenging myself to improve. I had that quiet, competitive drive in me from an early age.

I have a daughter and a son, both young adults in their 20s, who amaze me every day with their love and kindness. This makes me feel rich beyond anything money could ever buy.

I love the ocean from the shoreline, being out in nature, kayaking in calm waters, and hiking. I adore my friends, comedy shows, and a good belly laugh! I enjoy a wide variety of music, especially the 70s & 90s. I love writing, reading, and collaborating with people on new business ideas. I am always game for learning something new.
